Job summary

Accurate Personnel in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a Forklift Reach Operator to safely operate a forklift in a high-rack warehouse, performing pick, put away, and move tasks to keep products flowing efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, reach forklift certification, strong safety awareness, and knowledge of SAP GOLD STOCK. This full-time role offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a dynamic distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications.
• Must be certified and able to operate Reach forklift.
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and SAP (GOLD STOCK).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Replenish active pick sites including hand stacking and stretch wrap.
• Perform daily aisle and equipment inspections.
• Maintain bay flue space.
• Collect damaged products and pallets and relocate to designated area.
• Report faulty equipment and safety hazards to lead/supervisor/manager.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Promote a safe work environment and identify safety concerns and cost-saving opportunities.
• Demonstrate high levels of responsibility.
• Follow safety operating procedures for equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
• Be flexible and able to work any shift as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
