Circle K is seeking an Inventory Auditor to verify merchandise and cash across stores, performing counts with handheld devices and reporting pricing discrepancies. You will count and record cash, checks, and food stamps, verify deposits, and ensure inventory accuracy throughout the network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Requires 1 year of inventory auditing experience or retail experience in a convenience store environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no major offenses and current liability car insurance.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Verifies merchandise and cash in each store by conducting a physical count using a handheld computer.
• Notifies store manager of wrong prices and pulls out-of-code merchandise.
• Count and record cash, checks and food stamps in the register, TACC tubes and safe.
• Verify money orders, lottery ticket inventory and bank deposits.
• Verify gasoline inventory by sticking tanks and checking for water.
• Performs surveys to verify compliance with operational and financial procedures.
• Work in a safe manner by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Performs multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
