Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a team member to execute inventory best practices across the store and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, and returns.

You will lead on-shelf availability, validate planograms, and support vendor deliveries while maintaining accurate inventory counts. You will engage customers, assist with product needs, and uphold pricing accuracy and compliance as part of a flexible retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens or retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Ensure on-shelf availability and accuracy of planograms in all departments.
• Engage customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Perform warehouse and vendor inventory activities: create, review, and receive orders; scans on deliveries; post pharmacy shipments; manage disposals and returns.
