Job summary

Costco is seeking an Inventory Auditor to maintain accurate warehouse inventory and audit reports. You will review stock status, correct variances, and support management with BI and SAP-driven insights while delivering high-level member service.

The role requires meticulous counting, data entry, and collaboration with Receiving, RTV, and Purchasing teams. Regular attendance at the Pleasanton location is expected, with comprehensive benefits offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Experience auditing inventory in a warehouse setting.
• Strong data-entry and Excel skills for tracking variances.
• Ability to work with SAP and BI reports and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Reviews daily/weekly reports of negative on-hand items and stock variances.
• Counts merchandise on the floor, in stock, and in receiving.
• Keys counts into computer and submits adjustments to accounting.
• Audits inventory reports and verifies supplier payments in SAP.
• Provides prompt and courteous member service.
