Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and assignment of work for efficient use of personnel and equipment.
• Maintain inventory levels based on usage and demand.
• Receive shipments and enter data into tracking system for disbursement.
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality against orders; reject if needed.
• Supervise warehouse and inventory to ensure security and upkeep.
• Assist in vendor ordering and communicate needs to management.
• Suggest improvements to warehouse practices to boost efficiency and lower costs.
• Provide training to warehouse staff and assist with hiring.
• Uncrate shipments and properly store or dispose of packaging as appropriate.
