Qualifications

• Analytical – identify issues and create lasting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create/Oversee annual audit calendar and ensure schedule is being followed / audits are being completed in a timely manner.
• Provide initial results and reconciling data for audits.
• Develop improvement plans with accountability tracking for required actions.
• Identify customers with reporting issues and notify Account Management.
• Develop and support depot audit processes and scorecards based on key metrics.
