VGM Fulfillment Inventory Associate

VGM Fulfillment is a national leader in CPAP machine and resupply order fulfillment. As an employee-owned company, every person at VGM has a personal stake in the company's success. We handle key operations such as order fulfillment, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management, across strategically located fulfillment centers throughout the United States, serving all 50 states.

This role requires onsite presence at our warehouse in Nashville, Tennessee. Please note that we are transitioning to a new warehouse in Lebanon, Tennessee on May 19th.

Summary

The Inventory Associate is responsible for daily monitoring and evaluation of all inventory, working with a team to count, store, and ensure shelves are consistently stocked within the facility. This includes active replenishments via scanner and consolidating excess product on the floor.

Working Hours and Location

Hours: Monday-Friday; 1st Shift, 6:00am-3:30pm

Location: Onsite at Nashville Warehouse, transitioning to Lebanon, Tennessee, on May 19th.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all inventory locations within the facility.
• Navigate company programs such as AX.
• Perform location slotting analysis and update item classifications.
• Conduct scheduled cycle counts and monitor quality stations.
• Handle return-to-stock items and vendor discrepancies.
• Adjust inventory based on production floor calls and run transaction reports to locate missing inventory.
• Manage replenishment templates and audit bulk orders.
• Locate missing products or license plates as needed.
• Send weekly reports on adjustments and inventory variance to relevant parties every Monday.
• Support the business by coming in early or staying late as necessary.
• Maintain professionalism, positive attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, working cooperatively in a team.
• Assist with other departmental duties as requested and embody VGM's Power of One Principles.
