Responsibilities:

Perform warehouse duties such as loading/unloading deliveries, picking materials, assisting in receiving and put-away of stock, and maintaining a clean work environment. When not delivering, you'll conduct these tasks to ensure safety and efficiency.

How you will do it:

• Load trucks securely to prevent damage
• Operate a forklift safely
• Deliver orders in a 26' company truck when drivers are unavailable, ensuring timely and safe delivery
• Communicate professionally with customers via face-to-face, phone, or email
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams
• Inspect and secure returned products for safe return
• Perform daily truck checks
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience driving a 26' box truck
• Ability to pass a driving test
• Proficiency in Windows, email, and Microsoft Office
• Positive interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience in customer service or warehouse operations in a large distribution center
