We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to help maintain accurate inventory and support daily warehouse operations.
Perform regular cycle counts.
Identify, investigate, and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
Research and report shortages related to shipments.
Verify inventory replenishment and stock movements.
Help organize warehouse space efficiently.
Enter and maintain accurate inventory information.
Work with team members to reduce shortages, product damage, and counting errors.
Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Previous receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience.
Experience tracking and counting inventory.
Strong organizational, analytical, and data-entry skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar inventory software is helpful.
English/Spanish bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
Must be available for occasional emergency on-call needs.
Ability to lift at least 55 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, stretch, climb ladders, and safely operate warehouse equipment.
Comfortable working in dry, refrigerated, and frozen areas.
Comfortable working at heights of up to 60 feet using approved ladders, lifts, or equipment.
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods when needed.
