Rotating Shift | Manufacturing Environment

We are currently looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Process Inventory Specialist to join a fast‑paced manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong ERP experience, inventory control knowledge, and a passion for operational accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory transactions and production confirmations in Dynamics 365 ERP
• Maintain accurate material traceability and inventory integrity
• Perform inventory counts, material transfers, and stock organization
• Support FIFO processes and collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, and IT teams
• Analyze material consumption and inventory trends using Excel
• Identify inventory discrepancies and support continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• GMP and ISO experience highly preferred
