Job summary

GhafariGroup,Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate to join our automotive repair operations. The role focuses on managing accurate stock records, executing cycle counts, and ensuring smooth material flow to support technicians and departments.

The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable operating warehouse equipment while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies. This full-time position is located on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory management or related field.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits and cycle counts.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock and materials, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
• Label, scan, and stock parts and materials in proper bin and shelf locations.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient, safe material storage and handling.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Pull, stage, and distribute parts and materials to support technicians and other departments.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of physical inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and as authorized.
