Madison Spring, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Associate to join our team. The role involves keeping the warehouse organized, managing accurate inventory, and preparing parts for customers and technicians.

You will assist with shipping/receiving, store stock, and occasional local deliveries while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. A valid driver’s license is required for occasional local deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: pull parts and supplies, receive and store stock, verify shipments, package orders, keep areas organized.
• Warehouse & Inventory: maintain a clean, safe warehouse; monitor inventory; flag low-stock or damaged items; label and store inventory; assist with adjustments.
• Deliveries (Rare): local parts deliveries, load and secure items, verify orders, interact with customers/vendors, maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Vehicle Maintenance: perform weekly checks on company vehicles.

Position Description

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and organized person to join our team as a Warehouse & Inventory Associate. This position will help keep our warehouse organized, maintain accurate inventory, prepare parts and supplies for customers and technicians, assist with shipping and receiving and putting away our stock orders. The ideal candidate is someone who pays attention to detail, works well independently and with others, and is willing to help wherever needed.

When needed, this position may also assist with local parts deliveries, so a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license are required.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm. We are a drug-free company and require a negative pre-employment drug screen, as well as random, regular drug testing. We test for ALL drugs.

Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

• Pull parts (often using a forklift) and supplies for shop sales, counter sales, and deliveries
• Receive, check, and put away incoming parts and stock orders (often using a forklift)
• Verify shipments for accuracy and report any shortages or damaged items
• Package and prepare orders for shipment
• Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and organized

Warehouse & Inventory

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular cycle counts
• Help identify low-stock, damaged, or obsolete items
• Check supplies and parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Properly label, organize, and store inventory
• Assist with inventory adjustments and maintaining accurate records
• Help with general warehouse duties and other tasks as needed

Deliveries (Rare)

• Make local parts and supply deliveries on occasion
• Load and secure items for delivery
• Verify delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and vendors
• Maintain a clean and safe company vehicle

Vehicle Maintenance

• Maintain company vehicles to include checking fluids, washing, etc. on a weekly basis

Requirements
