Job summary

Quantum Services is seeking an Inventory Associate in Roswell, NM to perform physical inventory counts at client locations and audit stock across stores and stockrooms. You will travel daily on a regional route starting from the greater Roswell area with the field audit team.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with early shifts and fully paid travel time, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) match. Training is provided from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and active personal auto insurance.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, use short step-ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cool environments (walk-in coolers).

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts inside client convenience stores and gas stations using handheld counting keypads.
• Audit stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Partner with store managers to review stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Travel daily on an established regional route starting out of the greater Roswell area alongside your local field audit team.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour (Paid Bi-Weekly + Paid Travel Time) | Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Travel daily on an established regional route starting out of the greater Roswell area alongside your local field audit team.

Schedule & Travel Details

• Hours: Monday–Friday, averaging 36–42 hours per week.

• Start Times: Field audit start times begin early in the morning (start times vary based on daily store route).

• Local & Regional Travel: Daily route travel across store locations in the greater Roswell area and surrounding regional routes (includes fully paid hourly drive time).

Qualifications & Requirements
