Job summary

Quantum Services is seeking an Inventory Associate to support daily stock counts at convenience stores and gas stations along a regional route.

No experience is required; paid training starts Day 1. The schedule is Monday–Friday with weekends off, and there is daily local travel within a 2.5-hour radius of Winston-Salem. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and Tuition Reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs and work in cool environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-accuracy stock counts and audits in convenience stores and gas stations using handheld counting equipment.
• Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and provide daily audit reports to store managers.
• Travel daily with regional team to client store locations.

Inventory Associate

Location: Winston-Salem, SC [27101]

Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour(Paid bi-weekly) | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Weekends Off

Travel Details: Daily local travel on a regional route within a 2.5-hour radius of Quantum's Winston-Salem division. (Paid travel time included.)

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-accuracy physical stock counting and inventory control audits inside convenience stores and gas stations using handheld counting equipment.
• Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and provide clear daily audit reports to store managers.
• Travel daily with your regional team to client store locations.

Schedule & Hours

• Start Time:Daily audit kickoff times vary based on client location (early morning starts required).
• Weekly Hours:Total scheduled work time (in-store auditing + paid travel) averages 36–42 hours per week.
• Local Travel:Daily travel to scheduled store locations within the regional division area.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to complete background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, squat, use short step-ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cool environments (walk-in coolers).
• Early risers who enjoy active, hands-on work in a team environment.
