Job summary

Green Cannabis Co. is seeking an Inventory Associate in North Las Vegas to manage cultivation and production packaging, assist in inventory counts, and ensure accurate weighing of concentrates and bulk products.

  • Filling cartridges with a machine (125+ per hour).
  • Accurately weighing concentrates and bulk product.
  • Cleaning area and tools with 70% ISO before and after use.

Overview:

All new employees will be held to a high standard that includes a strong work ethic, and the ability to complete a task correctly and efficiently. Employees are expected to handle several different types of products and responsibilities, so having a complete understanding of what needs to be done is crucial. If an employee has any question at all they should ask a supervisor immediately. All these jobs require accuracy and attention to detail. Maintaining a clean work area is essential to our success. The entire facility will be cleaned daily with no exceptions to prevent any issues with microbials. Failure to give one's undivided attention to the task at hand will result in termination. It is the Inventory Associate's responsibility to keep state-issued agent cards, North Las Vegas PD Work cards, OSHA training, and METRC training current and up to date. Inventory Associates is also responsible for any other tasks assigned to them by management.

Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Associate are responsible for the Cultivation and Production packaging, and assist in inventory management, including but not limited to:
    • Meeting or exceeding assigned daily quotas, and fully understanding what is expected of them
    • Ensuring that all tools are necessary to complete their tasks are on hand. Like hardware, stickers, boxes, etc.
    • Properly using the packaging machines and tools, cleaning, and other basic SOPs including but not limited to the following:

  • Tasks employees will be required to do:
    • Weighing out concentrates and infused pre-rolls (50-75 units per hour)
    • Packaging products (50-75 units per hour)
    • Filling cartridges by hand (50-75 units per hour)
  • Filling cartridges with a machine (125+ per hour)
  • Accurately weighing out concentrates and bulk product
  • Cleaning area and tools before and after use with 70% ISO
  • Clean the entire facility at the end of each day
    • Wipe down all surfaces with 70% ISO
    • Sweep & Mop facility completely
    • Take out trash
  • Correctly use a 3-step sink
  • Clean dishes
  • Assist in packaging orders for dispensaries
  • Ability to correctly count packaged products
  • Ability to weigh out bulk products accurately
  • Assist in inventory counts
  • Employees who continually reach and exceed expectations will be on pace to receive a raise and be promoted to a lead after a certain period.
