Job summary

Quantum Services in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Inventory Specialist for the Early Morning Retail Audit Team. You will count and scan merchandise on sales floors and backrooms, travel with the regional team, and partner with store managers to verify counts.

No prior inventory experience required; we provide 100% paid training starting Day 1. This full-time on-site role starts at $19 per hour, 6:00 AM shifts, with weekends off and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Comfort starting on-site at 6:00 AM daily.
• Ability to pass standard background and MVR reviews.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Count and scan merchandise using 10-key handheld scanners across sales floors, backrooms, and coolers.
• Travel daily with the regional team to scheduled retail sites in the local area.
• Work with store managers to confirm accurate counts before completing daily audits.
• Move and lift up to 25 lbs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Early Morning Start (6:00 AM) | Weekends Off

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Serving 32202 & Surrounding Regional Area)

What You'll Do:

• Count & Scan: Use 10-key handheld scanners to accurately count retail merchandise on sales floors, backroom storage, and cooler spaces.

• Team Operations: Travel daily with your regional team to scheduled retail sites across the local territory.

• Store Collaboration: Work alongside store managers to confirm accurate counts before wrapping up the daily audit.

• Stay Active: Move, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs in fast-paced retail environments.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable Transportation: Valid Driver's License, active personal auto insurance, and a dependable personal vehicle.

• Early Risers: Comfort starting on-site at 6:00 AM daily.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reviews.

• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to work on your feet for the full shift.
