Job summary

Quantum Services Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is hiring an Inventory Specialist for the Early Morning Retail Audit Team. You will count and scan merchandise across stores, starting at 6:00 AM, with weekends off. Training is provided Day 1.

Daily travel with the regional team to sites, collaboration with store managers to ensure accurate counts, and light physical activity are required in this on-site role. Join a hands-on team focused on accuracy and efficiency.

Job Title: Inventory Specialist - Early Morning Retail Audit Team

Starting Pay: $19.00 / hour (Paid Weekly)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Early Morning Start (6:00 AM) | Weekends Off

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Serving 32202 & Surrounding Regional Area)

What You'll Do:

• Count & Scan: Use 10-key handheld scanners to accurately count retail merchandise on sales floors, backroom storage, and cooler spaces.

• Team Operations: Travel daily with your regional team to scheduled retail sites across the local territory.

• Store Collaboration: Work alongside store managers to confirm accurate counts before wrapping up the daily audit.

• Stay Active: Move, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs in fast-paced retail environments.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable Transportation: Valid Driver's License, active personal auto insurance, and a dependable personal vehicle.

• Early Risers: Comfort starting on-site at 6:00 AM daily.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reviews.

• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to work on your feet for the full shift.

Perks & Compensation:

• Starting Rate: $19.00 / hr

• Paid Travel: All route travel time and mileage between client sites is fully paid.
