Job summary

Cancelled Breaks is seeking a reliable Inventory Assistant in Las Vegas, NM. You will enter new inventory, label items, and organize stock to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires at least 1 year of inventory experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will work full-time on-site, with Saturday shifts after training. Compensation is $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum inventory experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Moderate computer knowledge (Google Sheets, inventory software, etc.)
• Comfortable standing and working at a desk
• Able to lift 50 lb boxes
• Reliable, efficient and able to work independently
• Knowledge of sports cards and/or Pokemon is a plus
• Strong attendance record

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to join our team. If you’re organized, good with computers, and like keeping things running behind the scenes, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately enter new inventory into our computer system
• Print and apply product labels, barcodes, and/or stickers to items
• Organize and sort inventory in designated areas
• Track quantities and assist with inventory counts
• Flag low stock or missing items to management
• Support the manager with day-to-day tasks
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a role doing inventory is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Moderate computer knowledge (Google Sheets, inventory software, etc.)
• Comfortable working both on your feet and working at a desk
• Ability to lift boxes weighing 50 lbs - Required
• Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of sports cards and/or Pokemon is a plus
• Strong attendance record

Schedule Requirements

• Schedule is full time with Saturdays required after training is completed.

Pay is $18/hour
