Job summary

Closets By Design, a leader in home organizing systems, is hiring for an inventory position in Franklin, Virginia. Responsibilities include checking in new inventory, quality control, and maintaining an organized inventory room. Ideal candidates will have experience in inventory work and strong problem-solving skills. The position offers $18.00 - $19.00 per hour with Monday through Friday shifts and provides health and retirement benefits along with uniforms.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check‑in of all new inventory deliveries
• Put‑away of all new inventory, into assigned locations
• Quality control of all special order items during check‑in
• Maintaining cleanliness of inventory room
• Binning/ staging all special order items and logging their location
• Assisting with regular inventory counts for replenishment
• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Purchasing Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory work, specifically checking in merchandise, stocking shelves, etc.
• Experience with woodworking industry or cabinet making is a plus
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail oriented individual

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday, no weekends, no required overtime
