Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Asset Management Engineer Co-Op in Anasco, Puerto Rico, to support spare parts inventory optimization within a regulated manufacturing setting. This is a full-time Co-Op for January–December 2027, requiring on-site work in PR.

You will help maintain CMMS data, monitor stock levels, track KPIs, and collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering and Procurement to improve reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent data analysis skills with Excel/Power BI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory optimization for spare parts in CMMS environment.
• Assist with procurement, receiving, storage, replenishment and obsolescence management.
• Analyze equipment maintenance to determine critical spares and stock levels.
• Monitor minimum/maximum levels, reorder points and safety stock.
