Job summary

OKLAHOMA MILITARY DEPARTMENT is seeking an Inventory Officer to modernize inventory control and asset management across the agency, integrating CORE inventory modules. The role emphasizes maintaining perpetual inventories, property records, and coordinating purchases with department heads and vendors.

You will support the Inventory Control Officer, ensure accurate asset records statewide, and assist with annual inventory reporting requirements for federal and state agencies.

Qualifications

• Four years experience in supply or warehousing work.
• Knowledge of inventory control and asset management.
• Ability to maintain perpetual inventories and warehouse records.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and perform materiel management activities for the Oklahoma Military Department.
• Prepare and implement the perpetual inventory of tangible assets statewide.
• Maintain property records and supervise receipt of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with department heads and vendors on purchases and deliveries.
• Assist Inventory Control Officer with annual inventory reports.
