Job summary

Quaker Houghton PA, Inc. is seeking an Inventory and Planning Specialist to support production by processing data in EnterpriseOne and coordinating scheduling to meet internal and external demand.

You will identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory, analyze aging, monitor for expirations, and partner with Supply, Demand, Operations, and Commercial teams to minimize costs while maintaining service levels. This role offers growth within a global industrial fluids leader.

Qualifications

• Identify and manage slow-moving, excess, obsolete, expired, and at-risk inventory.
• Track and analyze inventory aging to prevent write-offs and reduce working capital exposure.
• Monitor inventory for potential expiration, demand changes, and excess stock accumulation.
• Develop action plans with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Job SummaryInventory and Planning Specialist - supports the Production team by performing routine activities associated with material resource planning.
