Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Inventory Analyst to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure material traceability across SAP systems. You will support the flow of materials from raw to finished goods and resolve discrepancies to prevent production disruptions.

With 1+ year of inventory experience in a manufacturing environment and an associate degree in a related field, you will collaborate across Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, and Engineering to drive improvements and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree not required; Associate degree or equivalent experience in supply chain preferred.
• 1+ years inventory control or materials management in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system for inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SAP inventory transactions for accuracy.
• Verify material consumption and movements are processed correctly.
• Track flow of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Perform cycle counts and audits.
• Support inventory reporting and ERP process improvements.
