Job summary

Wing is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our Forward Logistics team onsite in Palo Alto, CA. You will manage inventory initiatives, coordinate cycle counts, and work with cross-functional partners to maintain supply chain accuracy.

Qualifications include 5+ years in inventory control, a bachelor’s in a related field, experience with ERP/WMS (SAP, Oracle), and the ability to travel 10–20%. The US base salary ranges from $138,000 to $147,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control, material planning, or warehousing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong analytics and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory initiatives and track KPIs.
• Perform cycle counts and audits to improve accuracy.
• Coordinate material movements and kitting with stakeholders.
• Investigate discrepancies and propose process improvements.
• Monitor stock movements and address shortages.
• Analyze data to optimize storage layouts and slotting.
• Support training on inventory systems and SOPs.
• Track aging and obsolete inventory for write-offs.
• Collaborate with procurement to monitor MRP signals.
• Work with site leads to optimize storage and labeling.
• Handle RMA workflows and incoming hardware triage.
