Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory to ensure compliance with all customer KPIs.
• Control inventory of goods needed for forecasted sales and distribution.
• Monitor and update master schedule reflecting inventory turnover, stocking decisions, forecasting, and controls.
• Ensure inventory accuracy between systems and troubleshoot failed transactions.
• Work with local operations to resolve inventory inaccuracies and inbound/outbound order issues.
• Manage returns, quarantine products, and ensure physical inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Quality and Site leadership to update Work Instructions and ensure system flow.
• Provide Pareto Analysis daily for leadership updates.
• Manage aged inventory and produce actionable reports to drive site actions.
• Develop strategies to minimize inventory discrepancies and aged inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience with WMS applications, SAP, Oracle, JDA preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to work independently and make crucial decisions.
