Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive acquisition, sales management, or dealership operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer engagement ability.

Responsibilities

• Contact current and prospective customers regarding vehicle purchase opportunities.
• Identify customers interested in selling or trading their vehicles.
• Build and maintain relationships with previous customers and new leads.
• Generate appointments for vehicle appraisals and acquisitions.
• Work closely with sales and management teams to meet inventory acquisition goals.
• Follow up consistently through phone, text, email, and CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking.
• Stay informed on current market conditions and vehicle values.
• Assist in sourcing quality pre-owned inventory for the dealership.
