Qualifications

• Prior experience in Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative role is preferred.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Strong computer and phone literacy.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
