Job summary

Tonkin Hillsboro Chevrolet is seeking an Inventory Acquisition Specialist to grow pre-owned inventory by connecting with customers, identifying purchase opportunities, and acquiring high-quality vehicles. This role offers uncapped earning potential and a performance-based compensation plan.

You'll work with the sales and management teams to meet inventory goals, using CRM systems to track activity and follow up with prospects through phone, text, and email.

Qualifications

• Automotive acquisition experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• CRM proficiency and basic office software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Contact current and prospective customers regarding vehicle purchase opportunities.
• Identify customers interested in selling or trading their vehicles.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and new leads.
• Generate appointments for vehicle appraisals and acquisitions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking in CRM.
