Job summary

SPS Companies, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Accuracy Coordinator/Clerk in Lubbock, TX to maintain high inventory accuracy and integrity within the Service Center. You will handle cycle counts, audits, and SAP data corrections to ensure precise stock records.

The role requires physical inventory work, adherence to safety policies, and ability to work a flexible schedule in a on-site warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge or exposure.
• Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.
• Ability to read and use measuring tools (tape, caliper, micrometer).
• Experience operating material handling equipment and SAP inventory system.

Responsibilities

• Attend required safety, department, and company meetings.
• Enforce safety policies and safe work practices at all times.
• Oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, and receipt audits.
• Monitor and report inventory accuracy targets through cycle counting.
• Ensure audit procedures: material traceability, movement documentation, non-conforming materials.
• Maintain inventory system integrity in SAP and correct discrepancies.
• Train Service Center personnel in inventory control methods.
• Coordinate cross-department efforts to improve inventory accuracy.
