Job summary

Steel and Pipe Supply Company, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Accuracy Coordinator/Clerk in Lubbock, TX. The role focuses on maintaining high inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies while ensuring SAP data integrity.

The position is full-time, on-site, with safety as a priority and a pay range of $19.50 to $20 per hour. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable with inventory systems, and team players committed to accuracy.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure, caliper, and micrometer.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled safety, department and company meetings.
• Oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, and receipt audits.
• Monitor inventory accuracy targets and report results.
• Ensure audit procedures, material traceability and documentation are followed.
• Train personnel in inventory control techniques.
