Job summary

ETE REMAN, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a Cycle Counter to ensure inventory accuracy across locations and ERP records. You will perform daily cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and support labeling, reporting, and safety initiatives.

The role emphasizes meticulous data integrity, collaboration with the ERP team, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced, growing remanufacturer setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old; high school diploma preferred; detail oriented.
• Automotive/mechanical ability a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and barcode scanning.

Responsibilities

• Setup daily cycle counts in ERP.
• Execute the cycle count daily using the ERP system.
• Review discrepancies and perform re-counts when counts are out of tolerance.
• Conduct physical inventory when required.
• Report on inventory accuracy in daily standup meetings.
• Help to ensure all products and shelves are labeled properly.
• Analyze cycle count errors to identify root causes.
• Help drive solutions to root causes of cycle count errors.
• Liaise with ERP team to share data and collaborate on corrections and solutions.
• Ad hoc inventory reporting as needed.
• Support safety rules and engage in safety observations.
• Be an active member of the shipping team.
