Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Cycle Counter Lead to calibrate inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts in the distribution center. You will ensure proper item flow, analyze discrepancies, and coordinate with the Allocations Department to optimize freight and zone assignments.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify items in pick lines and storage locations.
• Verify packing, price, and description during cycle counts.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies daily.
• Enter and update item descriptions in the warehouse system.
• Communicate with Allocations on freight and item flow.
• Produce reports to identify high-volume items and potential zone moves.
