Job summary

Columbia Vehicle Group is seeking an Inventory Analyst – Cycle Counter to join our U.S. operations and support accurate warehouse inventories across multiple sites. The role emphasizes daily cycle counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and improvements to location control.

You will collaborate with warehouse and office teams to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and drive efficiency. A detail‑oriented, reliable candidate with Excel skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good working knowledge of inventory and cycle count functions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse and office personnel.
• Strong team‑oriented mindset.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts across all warehouse inventories.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies by analyzing receipts, issues, misplaced items, and unreported scrap.
• Investigate and resolve negative inventory quantities.
• Adjust quantities as required and identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Maintain and improve location control, including establishing, revising, and deleting locations as necessary.
• Notify supervisors of incorrect practices contributing to inventory inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with warehouse and office teams to improve inventory accuracy and processes.
• Support overall warehouse organization and efficiency initiatives.
