Job summary

Snelling in Mesquite, TX is seeking an Inventory Associate to maintain accurate inventory records, support control processes, and ensure proper labeling and data integrity through routine audits.

The role involves cycle counts, managing reservations, verifying product information in the WMS, applying barcode labels, and resolving discrepancies. Shift is 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a rotating basis; weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Manage reservations and ensure proper allocation of materials.
• Verify product information, quantities, and locations within the WMS.
• Apply and maintain accurate barcode labeling.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory control.
