Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Full-Time, non-exempt Invoice Clerk based in Home Office, Edina, MN. This role handles invoice management, payments, and filing for vendors. It emphasizes accuracy, independence, and strong communication with internal teams.

You will work on reconciling payables, three-way matching with POs, and assisting with special projects as needed. Non-remote, on-site at the Edina location.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Teams.
• Demonstrate excellent communication abilities in both written and verbal forms.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: download, file PDFs, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile payables.
• Payment Mailing and Filing: mail checks, match remittances, and file payments.

Position Overview: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Location: Home Office, Edina MN (This is not a remote option)

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management

• Download and electronically file PDF invoices that are sent to Evereve through different channels
• Communicate with external partners to resolve missing and/or inaccurate invoices
• Reconciling Inventory Payables:
• Three-way match the data between purchase orders, inventory received, and vendor invoices
• Research discrepancies in EVEREVE’s ERP system
• Communicate with internal partners to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Enter freight billing to ensure proper allocation to payables

Payment Mailing and Filing:

• Mailing checks to vendors weekly
• Matching utility remittances to payments
• Filing payments to vendors

Other Responsibilities Could Involve:

Requirements
