Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and timely
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with monthly close
• Monitor, track, and reconcile inventory transactions and variances
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Assist with financial reporting, account analysis, and data entry
• Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve accounting and inventory issues promptly
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed
