Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in New Jersey is seeking a Junior Cost Accountant to join its growing manufacturing finance team. You will analyze manufacturing costs, support month-end close, and partner with plant operations to identify cost-saving opportunities in a world-class production environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in cost accounting or financial analysis, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
