Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant in the Nashville area to own cost accounting and inventory activities for a manufacturing operation. You will analyze standard vs actual costs, support month-end close, and provide insights to leadership.

You'll partner with operations to identify cost savings, support budgeting and product costing, and help enhance ERP data related to inventory and costs, while strengthening profitability and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years cost accounting/manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory, product costing, and variance analysis.
• ERP experience preferred; advanced Excel skills.

We are working with a growing organization that is looking to add a Senior Cost Accountant to its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering closely with operations and using financial data to drive better business decisions.

What you'll be doing:

• Own cost accounting and inventory-related activities for a manufacturing operation
