Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required
• CPR Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Performs venipuncture and specimen collection in ambulatory and hospital settings
• Validates patient identity and specimen integrity
• Documents all stages of specimen collection in required systems
• Performs and documents pre-procedural preps for Invasive Services patients
• Organizes workload to meet productivity standards in phlebotomy and related procedures
• Obtains and documents vital signs and transmits EKGs
