Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of direct, non-licensed patient care under supervision.
• Maintain unit/department standards and safety in the patient environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient hygiene.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge procedures and patient mobility.
• Document accurately and timely per unit standards; report unusual situations to RN/manager.
• Answer patient call lights promptly and refer concerns as needed.
