Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health Lakeway is seeking a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (Cath Lab CVIS) to assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology procedures. You’ll prepare rooms, monitor patients, and contribute to quality initiatives in a growing cardiovascular program near Austin.

Candidates should hold RCIS and ARRT-CVIS certifications or be training Rad Techs transitioning into the Cath Lab, and be willing to work on-call with strong teamwork and patient care focus.

Qualifications

• RCIS and ARRT-CVIS certifications are required.
• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cath lab or invasive cardiovascular procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Prepare rooms/equipment, monitor patient status and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain sterile fields and manage inventory of supplies.
• Participate in quality control initiatives and staff training.
