Job summary

WakeMed Health & Hospitals is seeking an Invasive Cardiology Manager to provide 24-hour leadership for the unit, planning and coordinating patient care services, staff, and budgeting within the WakeMed Cary Cath/PV lab. The role requires RN licensure, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and substantial cardiology experience.

The position supports organizational goals and delivers compassionate, high-quality care in a busy cath lab environment. National certification is expected within 1 year of hire.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the United States.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in cardiology.
• National Certification in Nursing required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate patient care services at the unit level.
• Oversee personnel and budgeting processes for the unit.
• Support mission and management of the WakeMed Cary Cath/PV lab.
