Job summary

Danbury Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in the invasive cardiology lab. You will assist in invasive cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures, EP studies and ablations, and endovascular/peripheral procedures, ensuring patient safety and accurate data collection.

The role requires an CT RN license, ACLS, BLS, and at least three years of cath lab and critical care experience.

Qualifications

• Current State of CT RN license.
• Interpretation of rhythm strips and sterile technique.
• ACLS/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor and provide nursing care for invasive cardiac procedures.
• Assist physician during diagnostic/interventional cath lab procedures.
• Maintain sterile environment and document patient responses and medications.
