Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN).
• BSN preferred for advancement and leadership.
• CT RN license required (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and care planning.
• Document and communicate care plans, interventions, and outcomes.
• Administer medications following hospital policy.
• Coordinate and supervise delivery of nursing care and delegations.
• Promote patient safety and accurate handoff communications.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and treatments.
