Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physiologic health status.
• Conduct patient interviews and explain policies and procedures.
• Assess GI, CV, resp, renal and neuro health status.
• Document patient’s physiologic health status and plan of care.
• Implement the plan of care and monitor patient care.
