Qualifications

• Minimum three years of IT experience in enterprise endpoint management.
• Experience deploying Windows 10/11 in large environments.
• Familiarity with security controls and compliance in endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize MECM/SCCM and Intune deployments across the City’s endpoints.
• Deploy OS provisioning, patching, and software distribution enterprise-wide.
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and remediation.
• Monitor endpoint health and compliance, investigate issues, and implement fixes.
