Job summary

Darling Ingredients is seeking an experienced Endpoint Administrator to maintain enterprise device management across a global, hybrid infrastructure. You will manage Intune, MECM/SCCM, AVD, and PAM/EPM, while ensuring policy compliance and rapid issue resolution.

The role requires PowerShell proficiency, experience with co-management and Entra ID, and a strong uptime mindset in a security‑driven environment. Office‑based in Irving, TX, with collaboration across IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical work experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on endpoint administration in an enterprise environment using Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for routine administration and troubleshooting.
• Operational experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or equivalent enterprise VDI.
• Hands-on experience with Idira/Cyberark EPM or similar PAM solutions.
• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11, Autopilot, co-management concepts, and TCP/IP networking.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily device management tasks using Intune, MECM/SCCM, AVD, and PAM/EPM.
• Collaborates with Service Desk, Infra Engineers, and Information Security for patching and asset tracking.
• Maintains enterprise endpoint platforms in a co-managed setup with Entra ID.
• Monitors health, enrollment, and policy compliance for hybrid and cloud endpoints.
• Packages and deploys applications via Intune, MECM, and Patch My PC.
• Creates automation scripts and maintains SOPs and KB articles.
• Provides Tier-2/3 escalation for endpoint and VDI issues.
• Supports ITSM processes in ServiceNow.
