Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Windows Endpoint Support professional to operate under senior engineering direction in a large federal IT environment.

You will help enroll devices, validate policies, and monitor endpoints across distributed teams while adhering to governance and change controls. The role requires two+ years of Windows endpoint experience, foundational Intune and Entra ID skills, and the ability to document technical work for federal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum two years of Windows endpoint support experience.
• Foundational Intune and Entra ID skills.
• Ability to document technical work and communicate with federal stakeholders within governance processes.
• Experience with enterprise-scale endpoint management and cybersecurity operations.
• Experience using automation to improve service outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Assist with device enrollment and compliance.
• Support policy and application deployments.
• Monitor device management dashboards.
• Document incidents and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues and support testing.
• Perform approved device enrollment and policy validation tasks.
• Monitor deployment status and flag noncompliant devices.
• Assist with Autopilot support and application assignments.
• Document symptoms and reproduction steps before escalation.
• Test low-risk changes under senior review.
• Build PowerShell and Graph proficiency.
