Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a System Engineer - Intune AD Admin in Chicago, IL for an initial 12-month engagement with potential extension. The role covers administering Intune, Entra ID, Azure AD, and Endpoint Configuration Manager, plus deploying apps, managing endpoints, and supporting MS 365 services.

You will troubleshoot devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and provide escalation support. Strong PowerShell scripting and documentation skills are required.

• Experience deploying apps via Intune Endpoint Manager.
• Support enterprise devices and MS 365 services.
• Analyze incidents and provide escalation guidance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Azure AD, and Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Build, package, and deploy applications through Intune Endpoint Manager.
• Manage and support enterprise laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Handle complex endpoint-related incidents and escalate as needed.
• Administer Azure services and manage the Azure Admin Portal.
• Develop support methodologies, escalation procedures, and service improvements.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Apple, Android, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support Teams, Outlook, and other M365 apps.
• Configure endpoint security, patching, and software installs.
• Use PowerShell to automate tasks.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and document issues.
