Job summary

IntraNerve Neuroscience LLC in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced intraoperative neuromonitoring professional to perform preoperative assessments, set up and monitor equipment, and interpret real-time data across SSEPs, MEPs, EMG, EEG, BAEPs. You will collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety.

The role requires CNIM certification or eligibility, ABRET-defined degree equivalence, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active CNIM certification or eligibility per ABRET.
• Bachelor’s degree or ABRET-defined equivalence for CNIM eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, neuroanatomy, pathologic processes, and aseptic techniques.
• Proficiency with IONM equipment and ability to analyze data across multiple modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and OR staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform preoperative patient assessments and planning with surgical team.
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot neuromonitoring equipment for procedures.
• Provide real-time intraoperative monitoring across modalities.
• Interpret electrophysiological waveforms and account for anesthetic/pharmacologic effects.
• Communicate monitoring findings to interpreting physician and OR team.
• Complete postoperative reports, logs, and billing documentation.
